When you list your property we need all owners to sign a contract.
Here's what you'll need to know about the contract.

1. Give A+ Rentals permission to show and rent your properties
2. A+ Rentals will collect a fee plus 6% sales tax due at tenant move in.
3. Contract will have a beginning and ending date, usually for two full years( at any time you the owner have the right to rent your own property without penalty from aplus rentals)
4. This contract may be terminated at anytime by either party without penalty of any kind

The rent yourself plan is really easy to use. Here's how it works.(if you want to do all of the work your self)

• Register as an owner by using the link specified on this page.
• Using the property management tools enter in the property or properties you wish to advertise.
• You can post your own photos to! (if you don't have a digital camera A+ will borrow you one of ours at no charge.)
• Once you have enter the properties you wish to advertise click the Advertise Your Property link.
• Direct all traffic from the website go directly to you, the owner.
• When your property is rented just simply deactivate the rented property.

This site is designed to give you, the owner, more control over your investment property. After you register you can logon and go directly to the owners administration page. There you will find all the tools that you need to manage your accounts more efficiently.
