The property owners are responsible for the condition of the rental properties, repairs or malfunctions or rent readiness of rental property 4. Aplus Rentals has a $20 application fee per adult no exceptions 5. Aplus Rentals is a bonded and insured property management company and is registered with the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and the South Dakota Multiple Housing Association.
